Vermillion High Showcase (Sold Out)

What is Vermilion High? 

Vermilion High is a program initiated by QUT’s student-run record label Vermilion Records. The program is the first of its kind in the country and offers a few talented high school musicians the chance to participate in a collaborative production process with final-year creative arts undergraduates from QUT.

For final-year QUT students, at the brink of emerging into their own professional careers, they are able to refine their skills in the music business through production, marketing, artist liaising, and event management, to name just a few.

For the Vermilion High students, these lucky young artists gain the opportunity to professionally record their original music at a state-of-the-art facility.

It’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, and the Vermilion High program empowers these emerging artists to showcase their talent to the real world.
