Mirepoix Butoh workshop hosted by Yuki Taniguchi, Cedar Roppola & Cieon Hilton.
Join us for three Butoh workshops, each hosted by a different teacher, with a small performance at the end (optional).
Mirepoix is a French cooking term where you gently cook carrots, celery and onion to make the base for various dishes. We hope to give you the elements for your own mirepoix, so as to allow you to explore your innate Butoh.
Dates:
Workshop 1: Friday July 31st 6.30-8.30pm
Workshop 2: Saturday August 1st 2-4pm
Workshop 3: Sunday August 2nd 2-4pm
Devising and Performance: Saturday and Sunday 4-6pm
