With the nights drawing in, come and get cosy and connect to the music in a purpose built recording studio with great sound and great vibes.

mou is a singer, songwriter, and producer creating music that transforms pain into connection and hope. Drawing from personal experiences with ADHD, addiction, and mental health struggles, mou writes with raw honesty and vulnerability, turning chaos into something healing.

For mou, music has always been a lifeline, a way to process, rebuild, and make sense of the world. Each song carries pieces of that journey, balancing intimacy and resilience while speaking to those who feel lost, overwhelmed, or alone.

Ryan Tracey is a Sunshine Coast–based singer-songwriter and producer. His debut EP was written after returning home to a life that no longer fit, tracing a period of being pulled in different directions — between desireand responsibility, familiarity and change. If you’re looking for a neat story, his new EP is the opposite: it’s the messy middle.
