Banshees Bar Presents Northern Lights "Growing Pains" Album Launch with Mizzie Maxx and Razor Nun

Northern Lights are launching their long-awaited debut album “Growing Pains” on Saturday the 7th of November at Banshees Bar and Artspace, in their hometown of Ipswich.

Growing Pains explores the tumultuous journey from adolescence to adulthood, featuring the fan-favourite singles Higher, Dope Fiend, Looking Down, Doomsday Blues and more. The album explores universal themes of love and heartbreak, of friendships and falling outs, and of growing up and finding your place in a chaotic and confusing world. The album is a sonic exploration of self-realisation filtered through the genre-blending, hard-hitting and emotionally resonant alternative rock that Northern Lights have become known for producing.

Northern Lights will be joined by Ipswich icons Mizzie Maxx and upcoming punk rockers Razor Nun to commemorate this momentous and highly anticipated release. 

Growing Pains is being released through newly-minted Ipswich indie label Broken Records. CD and vinyl copies of the album will be available to purchase on the night. 

Tickets are $10 online or $15 at the door. Doors open at 7pm sharp.
