At Smut Slam, audience members sign up to tell 5-minute, real-life, first-person sex stories. A panel of local celebrity judges awards sexy prizes to the top 3 tellers at the end of the night. In between stories, the host(s) read anonymous questions and confessions submitted by the audience to the Fuckbucket. Smut Slam is queer-friendly, kink-friendly, fat-friendly, poly-friendly, and really just friendly! 

Smut Slam is an unforgettable evening of true stories about s3ggs, love, desire, identity, intimacy and the gloriously awkward moments that make us human.

Forget what the name might suggest. Smut Slam isn’t a raunchy performance or a competition to share the “wildest” bedroom activity. It’s a live storytelling event where everyday people step up to the microphone and share five-minute stories drawn from their own lives. Some will have you crying with laughter. Others might make you reflect, blush, cheer or quietly think, “I thought I was the only one.”

Whether you’re single, partnered, queer, straight, curious, experienced or still writing your own story, you’ll find yourself among a room full of people who believe that honest conversations about intimacy make us kinder, wiser and more connected.

Expect laughter, vulnerability, unexpected moments of tenderness, and a wonderfully welcoming community that celebrates consent, respect and authenticity above all else. We ask audiences to leave judgement at the door and remember one simple rule: if it’s not your story, it’s not yours to retell [what’s told at the Slam, stays at the Slam].
