Come along, bring your instrument and join us in a new monthly series dedicated to improvised music and collective release.

Each month, the Brisbane Conduction Orchestra is joined by two other acts — one of which becomes the Catharsis Now! Band (formed live on the night) where local musicians put their names into a hat, and four performers are drawn at random to create a one-off ensemble for the performance. No rehearsals, no discussion — just presence, listening, and (hopefully) some catharsis.
