TLOALT finds Troth approaching a kind of sideways pop music, perhaps more directly than ever before. The LP expands on an approach already intrinsic to their DNA; immersion in nature, a constantly evolving dialogue with each other and a strong commitment to sustaining a vital global DIY community, communicated through a refined musical language blending ambient-pop, blurry trip hop slows and art-rock experimentalism.

Influenced by deepened listening habits, resulting from their run as NTS residents and regular Early Bird show guest hosts, TLOALT sees Amelia Besseny and Cooper Bowman digging into the recesses of their younger listening with fresh eyes.
