Event Details
The Meanjin Queer Art showcase aims to platform queer arts practitioners (of all disciplines) within the Meanjin area during Brisbane pride, creating a sense of intersectional queer community. Additionally, 50% of profit from the event will be donated to Open Doors Youth Service – Queensland’s only LGBTQIASB+ youth charity.
Please note that this event is 18+, as the venue is licensed. Guests without valid ID will be denied entry, even if a ticket is presented.
Additionally, please be warned that due to this age restriction, artworks may contain nudity and/or sexual content/themes. Other content/trigger warnings TBD – please use your discretion in attending.
